Reference on person, news, event, ...

A reference entry displays the form-based data of the specified target page in a predefined format. This works only with certain page types, which contain additional form-based data, such as people, news, events, etc. Depending on the page type you can choose between different formats for the display.

The advantage is that the contents of the reference entry remain up-to-date, if the landing page should change - or vice versa: changes need to be made only once in a central location and are displayed immediately.

Enter the address of the page whose entity is to be displayed either manually or click the "Page ..." button, where you can select the corresponding page in a dialog box. If you click "[...]" after the page name, you can link directly to a specific section of the page. The rightmost arrow will navigate you directly to the page you have selected.

If you want to display a list or table of people, news, events, etc., please create a reference list entry.

If you would like to point to another internal or external page, please create a teaser entry. Teaser entries work with all page types.
